Our founder has over 15 years experience in Thai cuisine. He has owned owned an award winning Thai restaurant (The Coconut Kitchen) and a Japanese Noodle Bar (Noodle One). He has traveled all over Thailand in search of recipes and inspiration over many years and cooked with some great chefs. Paul now does pop-up nights, food festivals and also consults with other restaurant and food businesses but he main focus is developing Thai pastes and sauces in Wales and making it super easy for you, the home cook to wow your friends and family with some of the best Thai dishes they have ever eaten!
