Macneil's Smokehouse is an artisan small scale producer of delicately smoked products. We make smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, smoked duck, smoked chicken and lots more in our British Smokhouse. We smoke our food in small batches for the best results. Using our imported Norwegian smoking kiln we load racks and smoke and produce everything by hand to our own recipe.
